| Description |
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC (Order to Cash) Consultant to provide Application Management Services (AMS) support for our SAP projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the OTC process, ensuring efficient order processing, invoicing, and customer management within our SAP environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- AMS Support: Provide ongoing support for SAP OTC functionalities, addressing issues related to order processing, delivery, billing, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- System Configuration: Analyze business requirements and configure SAP OTC modules (SD) to align with best practices and organizational needs, ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to the OTC process, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements within the OTC cycle, recommending solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal standards and knowledge sharing.
- User Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance their understanding of OTC processes and SAP functionalities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to align OTC solutions with broader business objectives and requirements.
- Reporting: Assist in the development of reports and dashboards to provide insights into order management, sales performance, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Job Requirements
Details:
Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP OTC consulting, with a strong focus on AMS support.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module and related OTC processes.
- Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (MM, FICO, etc.).
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and reporting tools is a plus.
