Description
SAP EAM Consultant to join our growing team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of SAP Customer Service (CS) solutions for our clients/internal stakeholders. You will work closely with business users to understand their needs and translate them into effective system configurations and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Lead SAP CS module implementation projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CS solutions.
  • Solution Design: Design and configure SAP CS module to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
  • Customization and Integration: Customize SAP CS module and integrate it with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
  • Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of the SAP CS solutions.
  • User Training: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the SAP CS module.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP CS solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP CS module implementation and support.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP CS module configuration, customization, and integration. Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM) is a plus.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Certifications: SAP CS certification is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific processes and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
